I think that game needs own chat like: Global, Region (europe for example), when you just can chat for people to play or about gameplay… what do you think?

Could be cool possibly. In practice though it’s just something else to moderate. They already have discord. It’s kind of cool to see that in other games though like Heroes of the Storm.
I think it has been added to most games because it is a good feature.
Additionally, we need in game chat / whisper. It is important for building friendships in the game client.
I’m not sure if friends can see messages between games either. Like if I write a message to someone in a game, and they get out, I don’t think they get the message.
