This is not an exception. Chat is always slow with 1 - 3 seconds, but it is not uncommon it takes more than 30 and even not that rare it literally takes various minutes.

Heard. I’m also frustrated by this often. There’s some long-time work coming for this fairly soon. That said, this bug is one that people experience wildly different delays from. Some will only see 4 or 5 second delays, where others see the massive delays you are seeing. To make sure we are indeed fixing this correctly, when you see this please please please contact support with your warnings.log file. When the fix lands, I want to make sure it really does fix the issue for all. Thanks!
