You can type “inna jiffy” to get instant build in cheat-enabled games.
For Byzantines, this does not work on any Mercenary Infantry units when they get the upgrade to build Siege.
This affects field construction of Rams and Siege Towers (and Springald/Mangonel for the Ghulam).
