As you can see here, after researching Training Forms from the Monastery, and also sending Snatch the Pebble, the Chinese Monk loses his mode options. This happens when both tech/card are both sent, does not matter which one you send first.
This is significant because the Chinese Monk is good for tanking damage and is dangerous up close. Losing the ability to go cover mode reduces his effectiveness.
It would be great if the dev team could look into this. Thank you.
