Hi I have played this twice to completion without saving and loading and can’t get event challenge to complete. Anyone else had this happen?

Just finished it on hard but with saving and loading. It didnt complete the challenge.
I’m pretty sure that if save and load you can get the achivment

Saving and loading breaks all achievements
Can confirm, just finished the mission in one go on intermediate difficulty. I got the achievement reward.
Just finished it on intermediate and still did not get the event achievement. Don’t know what else to try.
