I hope that the devs will give us something… If not, at least give us the year 2020 event in which we had to do some quests to unlock several thematic AOE3 avatars.

I really liked the holiday events. I mean, if nothing else they could let people do it again if they missed it the first time around.

For AoEIV there was recently a Halloween event. As I am a Christian I did not promote it much, but just as there was one like this for that day, I do not doubt that other games of the Franchise will have a Christmas event this year
Well, for Aoe III:DE, at the moment is stuck looking for the best way to do a monthly event with “Skins” for explorers, so really these last 3 months we have had no events… and in fact no skins:
- The Mexican skin (September) did not reach 20,000 players (No Skin)
- The British skin (October) had bugs due to the system change and few got the skin (No skin)
- The current one (November) changed the terms at some point and now you had to play once a week to get the challenge, and if you forgot one, well…(No Skin, Again)
Unless it is a Santa Claus skin for the United States explorer (where the character was invented), at the moment I see it as difficult for us to return to having the colorful events of AoEIII that appear from time to time.
Hopefully this time they do one, strange AoEIII events. The Hero challenge is fine for some months like January or March, or between months as long as they prepare another large event of 10 or 15 challenges throughout the month. I remember when I first joined AoeIII DE, the first event I played was using Battering Rams with the Haudenosaunee,

I just hope they can provide us with some foreseeable future content, especially regarding the national map content of the new DLC. I hope to see at least a preview of Persian civilization and the map of West Asia before the end of 2023. I have had enough of the endless repetitive balance updates for a whole year and a half
Anyway, even making a slow plan feels better than endless waiting

I hope they bring those back, they are from the time the game was just launched and crashing often, so I couldn’t get any of the profile rewards

100% would love some recycled events, many were from the first year of DE, doesnt have to be every single reward re unlocked so some remain unique but like give me some mini games or goals to work towards again.

In "AoE IV" there is already a frozen event for winter, and some nods to Christmas (gifts), +New Biome:
I hope the devs come up with something for AoE III, at least for healthy competition between franchise games, hehe.
