Civ description gets clipped on ultra wide monitor

I am playing on ultrawide monitor with 3440x1440 resolution and the text in the civ info popup thing gets clipped out on the right side of the screen. This started happening maybe one or two updates ago.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. start any type of match with 3440x1440 resolution
  2. hover over the civ symbol at the top right corner of the screen
  3. text in info popup is clipped
