Can we get co op campaign, it would be great to have a campaign to play with a friend

You could try this mod: Mods Single - Age of Empires - World's Edge Studio
Language wise it localizes to your install, and I’ve tried the first 4 with a friend and they’ve worked well (only thing is, and this has been an issue with all scenarios from the workshop, is that you’ll want to copy paste the scenario from the mods folder to your local scenario folder or you’ll get a desync error in multiplayer).
Also we’ll get Arena of the Gods soon (we don’t know when yet exactly) which has been advertised as a coop mode.
