I think it’s good that the Dutch’s Coffee trade tech no longer decreases the speed of Dutch units. But the new nerf isn’t enough.
**Instead of -20% bank hp it should be changed to -15% building hp. **
That would make super greedy Dutch builds more punishable. With -15% hp even the TC would become a valid target earlier.
I’ve suggested this once or twice in other threads, but this felt like it deserved its own.

I don’t think it needs to be a general HP decrease, dutch were performing quite poorly before the change and so far I don’t see them doing that much better. If anything I’d just make the banks lose a bit more HP, make it -25% bank HP for now.

the change itself was really nice but what struck me as too much was the hand in hand buffs that made Dutch East India Company a viable card, completely negating the church tech debuff
