Compendium QoL improvements

Heya! I’m a big fan of the compendium, mostly to just read background information, mythologies design philosophy etc. It’s also a good way to past the time while waiting in a queue for multiplayer. However, I hope to address some quality of life features that I think would really improve the experience as, sometimes, it’s a bit difficult to navigate the compendium:

-Add some more categories. Right now for example, the unit list is bloated, and difficult to navigate. Maybe dividing most units over the separate cultures would really help navigation.
-The old AoM even had a wiki-style link-system when another god or unit is mentioned you’d be able to click that unit or god to read their page. Maybe even have a list of related topics.
-Right now, the campaign units do not have their own text in the compendium, even though they often have a really nice backstory or background information written for them - currently this is only accessibel when you click that specific unit (often heroes) in the scenario you are playing.
-Also, text-wise, looking at the different pantheon texts, the Chinese have a lot more elaboration in their compendium texts whereas the Greek, Norse, Egyptian and Atlanteans, only have a couple of lines with gameplay hints. No atmosphere, design philosophy like the Chinese… maybe writing some extra flavour texts for these tabs might make the compendium more consistent as well - plus just give more flavour.

-being able to click on a unit or upgrade in the tech tree and have it show its compendium page.

If you knew the classic AOM compendium… when I was a kid, I used to spend hours on it. It was developed and translated with great care.

To add on that: I only just noticed that even all the technology-texts are missing as well in the compendium menu :frowning:
