ISSUE EXPERIENCED
Hard difficulty gold campaign medals earned in Historical Battles are lost upon restarting game.
Here is the problem I’m experiencing…
I Recently came back to finish up all hard campaigns. Upon completing Kurikara, Agincourt, Lepanto, and Manzikert I achieved the gold medal (also lone warrior and battleship achievements from Kurikara & Lepanto respectively).
Upon restarting the game the medals are no longer there.
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
I completed them multiple times across 3 days to be sure, they disappear after every restart
- 100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Agincourt is especially easy to complete in order to check this bug as it can be completed in around 4 minutes.
Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

launch Agincourt Historical battle
-
rush King Henry to transport ship (knight escort to tank and lead enemy away) and complete mission

Witness that you have the gold medal for completing the mission on hard

Restart game and see that it is gone.

When I went to submit this It told me new accounts can only submit 1 attachment, so unfortunately I had to combine both pictures,
On the left, completed gold medal at 4:18pm, on the right, after a restart, the medal is gone at 4:21pm
