Inca condor eye ability isn’t clickable, though its still “available” in Age I. It also shares a hotkey (E) with stronghold.
Also, Chasqui and all other secondary scout units have no “Auto Explore”, which is rather silly, considering that they are all scouts and should therefore be able to explore on their own.
