Currently whenever i have an italian ally it only allows me to build eagle warriors, instead of condottieri
any help would be appreciated
You need to be in the Imperial Age to have access to Condottieri.
ive tryed starting on dark age and imperial age with all techs and still only allows eagle warriors, its the same whatever civ i play as
If you have full techs enabled, turn it off, it messes with civ bonuses.
