I think every person has their own idea how alarms should behave, so there should be a settings preference that allows the player to customize how they want alarms to work that suits them. Currently, there is one alarm followed by inaudible alerts on the map during combat.
Too often for me, I am attacking my opponent’s base at the same exact time they are attacking mine. My preference is not only to have alarms audible all the time, but to have a different and distinctive sounding alarm when villagers and buildings are attacked. That way I can be aware of what’s happening back at my base even if I’m deep in combat.
