Issue:
It is impossible to garrison fishing ships while using a controller, there is no option for it. It is possible on PC.
Trigger Event:
Pressing and holding X which is the button to garrison vils doesnt do anything for fishing ships, no option available on the wheel menu as well.
Repro Steps:
- Select fishing ship and hold X, open wheel menu with RT, nothing happens
