:arrow_forward: ISSUE EXPERIENCED

Could not join multiplayer quickplay game after match was found.
So assume that match was found and count down timer before the game begins running.
Next things could happen after (since all logs are the same i guess that it is 1 bug):

  1. Endless establishing connection, which eventually will drop me back to searching for another match
  2. “Game not responding” crash
  3. I could be dropped out of the current lobby while count down timer running to either back to searching or to another game lobby, where the screen will be corrupted and i will not be able to see who i play with, how many players here and sometimes on which map we will play before the game actually starts and the ready button will be grey all the time

PS All this time i will hear normal lobby music

What i tried to do:

  1. Re-install game
  2. Use VPN to run Steam/Game
  3. Run it without VPN
  4. Disable all mods

It actually happens 99% of the time, since i somehow managed to found and play 1 game out of many unsuccessful tries

What is your country/region & region format settings? You can try to change it and see how it works

current location - russia
PC time - armenian
steam region - armenian
steam language - english
windows language - russian
VPN (if i use it) location - europe

Here what my experiments lead to:
Changed time to Russia (for current location), got 1 game working, 1 crashing with “game not responding” as mentioned in the start topic
Can’t check for more since now i suspended for 29 min for leaving games early after match was found 11 (* i never disconnect before yesterday 11)

My friend got similar situation. Not sure if region/country (format) settings is related but it could be a factor. You can try ranked for now i guess.

We are investigating crashes when joining a Quick Play match. This is being tracked in the Known Issues & Solutions and is currently under investigation.

We released Hotfix 113358 earlier today. This should fix issues crashing while queuing for Quick Play.

Hey I patched it today and I´m still having the same issue ¨not responding after finding a match¨. Another friend is facing the same. The pach doesn´t seem to have fix this. I am a windows 11 user

It seems to happen to Group owners… Im in US timezone

Also unable to play multiplayer matches in an unranked private match with friends. Whoever is hosting the game ends up freezing and then the game crashes with no error report. US timezone as well

Added a video of the issue. This time it occurred at the end of the count down but it can happen any time during the count down. :slight_smile:

There is a quic fix for people who use quick play to play against other humans. This quick fix wont work for playing against AI.

The quick fix is called playing in Ranked :grin:

This bug is not fixed the issues, still we are facing the issue. Requesting you to fix the quick play as soon as possible.

İ am having the same problem,i have the latest update but nothing fixed.! :frowning:

It still not fixed, and nothing changed for quickplay, it unplayable, while marked as “fixed” by someone who never tested it probably at all

so oddly re-installing the game did fix this for a while. But after a few days it seems to return.

ah the same with me and been hapen since last week, trying find any solution and lead to this discussion. hope i can find any solution for this.
