I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding an ongoing issue with Age of Mythology. Every time I try to launch the game, it fails to start and gets stuck on a black screen. I have attempted several basic troubleshooting steps, but nothing has worked so far.
I contacted AOM technical support team two weeks ago, and I have yet to receive any update. This lack of communication is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I paid 50 euros for this game, and I can’t even get it to start. I expected a working product and at the very least, timely support when things go wrong.
I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. I would appreciate a response and a fix as soon as possible.
