Creating a hotkey from a template makes everything?

When I try to create a hotkey profile from the template, it has “???” everywhere. Everywhere if there are conflicts, hotkeys there. But it’s nice to have conflict hotkeys since they allow you to have different hotkeys when a different unit or building is selected.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Go to the hotkeys section
  2. Create a hotkey from the template

Create a hotkey profile with the same keys that the template hotkey profile has.
