Creating clan - How to?

Hello everyone

I am having a really hard time finding the possibility to create an AoE Clan.
I keep finding info pages about “Hey just click the clan tab” or “Hey just create a clan” and so on
and it keeps redirecting me to “Become an Age Insider - Sign up!”, when clicking that it shows my profile settings. What am I doing wrong ? Need help please.

I am asking for AoE 2, because it says in the game I could invite someone into the clan,
but I cannot find any option to create one.
