Crucible Bug: The Land Architects Perk doesn’t reduce the cost of Golden Horn Tower (Macedonian Civilization)

Trigger Event: Playing Crucible as Macedonian building the Golden Horn Tower has full cost (1200 food, 600 gold) after putting levels in the Land Architects Perk, cost of Cistern of the First Hill is correctly reduced (600 food, 300 gold, as can be seen in the posted image with 5 ranks in the Land Architects Perk).
