Culverin’s range should be 11 instead of 12, so at least it can be countered by Springalds but can still efficiently trade with bombards.
Culverin is not a very good unit against anything other than artillery (melee beats it, especially cavalry). If you see culverins camping a castle, trebuchets and micro with your troops to destroy it.
