Cuman Kipchak fires before animation shows him firing

Issue:

The arrow flies from the Kipchak at the beginning of the animation (before you can see the model actually firing).

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Look at how a Kipchak fires

As you can see in the picture, the arrows are already on the teal knight, while the Kipchak is just pulling his bow
