Cursor bug after starting game : icon stuck on last icon

Issue:

The cursor was stuck on a loading icon after launching the game. When I went into a recorded game and hovered over anything on the map, it did change towards food / wood / gold icon.
When exiting the game, the cursor was stuck on the icon of resource I last hovered on

Repro Steps:

Not sure that it is possible to reproduce on demand. It was fixed after restarting the game.

Happend to me aswell, it hope it will be fixed soon.

After the patch it happens more frequently. In addition, some cursor icons are missing (It keeps the default one)
