Mouse cursor bugs out sometimes

Game Version: 100.17.18697.0 Build Number: 447449R Platform: Steam Operating System: Windows 10 Issue: Signing in to the Xbox network for the first time (using the pop-up sign-in window) bugged out my mouse cursor. It stayed on the loading wheel until I changed tabs out of the game. When I went back in, the mouse looked like a normal Windows cursor instead of the standard game cursor. Sometimes after issuing a command, the cursor remains stuck as whatever that command was. For example I’ll issue an attack command with military units. Then deselect them, the cursor will still be the little sword. Issuing a new type of command will then change the cursor to whatever that command was. It will never return to the default cursor.
