The latest update has broken Custom Datasets. They are no longer loading correctly.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Try to host FVD or any custom dataset for example
  2. The lobby wont start

Alternatively, you can try opening any dataset in the scenario editor and it won’t load

Custom datasets should load without issues

Pwner_of_souls, creator of the EmpireCraft mod, identified the issue: Set each civ’s resources to 600 for your data mod to function correctly. Additionally, the website and client were unable to upload or update, but this was resolved by World’s Edge just a few minutes ago.

This only makes the mods accessible in the scenario editor. However, you can’t start a multiplayer game with a custom data mod—it shows that all players have incompatible versions, even though they all have the same version.
