Once depleted the deep fish resource starts its regeneration. While its regenerating the hitbox is so small its like one pixel, you can barely click it, it has a different hitbox than other fish resources, and it blinks (?!); so you are unable to even click the resource for a period.
Seems like the more regenerates the bigger the hitbox.
