If you delete a masadra with scholars inside of it the scholars will disappear and no longer take up supply. However they will still effect your total garrisoned scholars and research speed. I also tested this with mosques and the scholars will leave the building like normal. This creates the potential for dehli to fastly research its imperial techs without the supply cost that they’re supposed to have.
