The in game tooltip shows that keep emplacements should take 30 seconds or a minute to complete, but in game they take 5 minutes. Seems like they might be getting increased like technology costs for the civ. Is this intended?
Build a mosque next to the keep. That should work.
But I don’t know if this is intended.
You are correct, keeps in base have emplacements go up quicker, I just did not think of them as “research”.
It does make forward keeps much less desirable, but maybe that is intended?
