Delhi Sultanate - Tower of Victory reducing attackspeed

To achieve the Delhi Mastery “A Valiant Victory”, you have to “Defeat 40 enemies with melee units affected by the Tower of Victory attack increase.”

So I checked, how the unit stats are modified by the Tower of Victory.
They loose 15 attack speed, instead of gaining it.

You are mistaken. Having lower attack speed is an improvement to the unit, lowering the delay between attacks.
