Good afternoon, everyone, I’m having a big problem. I’m trying to open my AOE3DE, and I get an error message related to directx.

Age of Empires III DE requires at least a 1 GB video card. This computer appears to have a 0 MB video card.

steam platform
Win 10 pro operating system
geforce 1050 2gb vram video card
8gb ram memory
AMD fx 6300 processor 3.5hz overclocked
Directx 12, updated a few days ago, the card has support for all directsx
win pro version is the latest version
a few days ago the game was opening normally, i left downloading an update of another game american truck and eurotruck while i was playing AOE2DE. unfortunately a day passed and the game started not opening anymore, and not only it, other games too, in it gives this specific error in the other game gives another error, directed to my directx. i will leave attached the two prints.
procedures I took, download the directx panel directly from the Microsft site, reinstall directx, or install it again, repair directx, uninstall the video drives and put in some older ones, reinstall the updated video drives, format the computer, clean the computer, disconnect and connect the cables, take out the video card and put in one like it or one better than it, take out the memory and put it back in and try to add more memory.
all to no avail, i’ve even tried reattaching win or doing sfc.exe scannow, sfc, dism, chkdsk. i’ve even tried in safe mode, i’ve tried various procedures and i’ve even searched on the subject i’ve left a message on the steam forum, i’ve searched there and on the microsft forums and zero results.
According to the printout, this was in another game.
This last print is from another game
From the EA games platform, I’m using it as information to try to help solve the problem, I still haven’t been able to identify the real problem, whether it was a bug in directx 12, or a bug in the video drive.
