Disconnected after new patch

Issue: After updated to newest patch the game shows “Disconnected” after launching, “You are currently either offline or not yet signed into Steam/Xbox Network” error code C00T01R-1X-15 52656C690433

Tried: -Verified game intergrity

-Reinstall the game

-Connect via VPN/Accelerator

-Reboot the desktop

-Reboot Router

-Reset winsock

AND nothing worked, I pre-ordered the newest DLC btw

In addition, I switched to my second desktop and the problem occurs again.
