100% faster = 0 seconds build time?!
So you can just walk to your enemy with just 1 vill to build a castle in his fase with just one vill in 0 seconds?!
Just go for a full boom on many TCs. Hera did recently a 30+ TC game. 30*7 = 210 free units?!
This much be an expensive tech, isnt it? Image resourcing this tech in a 4v4 in the late game. 100 military units for each player in the late game is pretty possible. So it gives 15*400=6000 gold to your team. So this much be a expensive tech.
