Do the DLCs carry over to the other platforms?

Will the DLC’s also be transferred to Steam if I buy the DLC’s via Xbox Game Pass ? I know I could just download AoE 2 DE on Game Pass.

I bought AoE 2 DE on Steam and now I have the Game Pass because of the Series X.

Sadly no. Steam and Microsoft Store are strictly separated platforms.
