So the Dojo or Summer Place is Community Plaza, it seems like there is “ghost” in it. So if you give them to european/native civs, the progress always 0%.
If you give Community Plaza to asian civs, when you select unit spawn tactics and it will spawn unit automatically even without any villager working on it.
Yes, Summer Palace technically works like a native dance and the Asian civ is hardcoded to have a “ghost” dancing at all times.
But factory product unit can’t be block by banner army define in “civs.xml”. So you can’t make it auto spawn banner army.
