In this case try running the Windows app troubleshooter, this is very helpful to fix the downloading and installing issues.

Or try to reset the Windows Store cache in many cases the Windows store cache cause the issues.

  1. Press Windows + R key > open the Run dialog.
  2. And type wsreset.exe > hit Enter.
  3. After resetting store cache > restart your PC

Hope this works for you but if not then try to peform a clean boot in Windows.
