Drag-selecting a Horse or a Hunnic Horse doesn't work consistently

After recent V&V patch drag-selecting a Horse has not worked consistently. Selection fails around half the time (an estimate).

:arrow_forward: FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

Every game a (Hunnic) Horse is available for scouting.

:arrow_forward: REPRODUCTION STEPS

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Start a game on Nomad/African clearing whatever map with a nomad start with Huns.
  2. Try drag-selecting the Hunnic Horse multiple times.
  3. Notice the selection failing multiple times

Alternatively

  1. Start a game on any map that has a Horse available for scouting
  2. Try drag selecting said Horse multiple times.
  3. Notice the selection failing multiple times
