Assuming we have excess wood and gold and managed to pull into Imperial Age.
Does anyone transitions from Castle Age Galleys to a full production of Thirisadai when they reach Imperial Age considering their population efficiency and tankiness?
If somebody is able to do that transition then he is most probably winning already.
