Dumb Civilization buff Ideas/Suggestions

“Some jokes are half meant” Is how i would describe this post.
I will say it in a way that is silly but also informative. I believe that every civ should have a chance to shine at any situation even goofy ones.

General changes
Player owned-Mango Grove can be captured. If the resource it contains is above 500 it cannot be turned into a wood crate but if it is it can be transformed into a 500 Wood crate.
Player owned -Copper/Coal/Salt- Can be captured. Can be transformed into a 500 coin crate if it is bellow 600 coin remaining in it

Art of War new missions
-Fourth Resource management and awareness
Teaches players how to earn and spend Influence and Export

Dutch

-The Viceroy(politician) (only dutch)
Increases the build limit of settlers by 5
-The Knight(politician) (only dutch)
Improves pikemen attack and Hitpoints by an additional 10% and allows Imperial pikemen

Spanish

Enable Missionaries to build Trading posts but slowly

Missionaries garrisoned inside anything still provide the Unction buff however the radius is reduced

Tercio Tactics(age 2) or Spanish Square(age 4) card also improves movement speed of Pikemen by 0.50

Portugal

+1 hand attack to Ordinance Riflemen to be able to at least defend themselves against other skirms that they are supposed be better against

Every age up adds +1 Outpost build limit this is to substitute Extensive fortifications

Gunpowder attack/combat cards only buff the Ordinance rifleman by 5%

Caravels gain a Royal Guard upgrade called Carrack additional +5% HP and 10% speed

British
Cards
House of Tudor(Age 1) - increases house Line of sight by 1

Terrace Housing (Age 4) - allows houses to be deleted but no longer spawn a settler. However make the train rate of settlers a bit better

Gentlemen of the Pike(Age 4) - Increases attack and hitpoints by 10% of pikemen

Captain(age 2)- Improves hand attack of explorer by 75% instead of 50% all attack. Swashbuckler attack area increased by 0.50

German
-The Knight(politician) (only German)
Pikemen/Landwehrs/Crossbowmen train slightly faster

choosing a Prince Elector enables the weakest upgrade available to the native royal house.

French
Ancien Regime(Age 1) - Royal Dragoons build limit become 15(used to be 20). Royal musketeer limit become 20(used to be 15)

Tiraelleurs(Age 3) Becomes a card like German’s Landwehr card replacing the crossbowman.

Thoroughbreds(Age 4) Only make Dragoons 10% cheaper the other 2 stay at 15%

Ottoman
Agha(Age 1) - No longer improves speed of the explorer however Settlers around the Explorer gather faster and infantry and cavalry train faster if he is near production structures

Azaps(Affected by Team Hidalgos) but only 10% faster train

Mosque Construction(Age 3) Ships a mosque wagon in addition however does not increase build limit

Royal Mint(Age 3)- Becomes Sultan’s Imperial Mint increasing all gather rates of coin by 30%! this is to mitigate the loss of 2 coin cards from patches a year ago

Sweden
Dalecarlian Rebellion(age 3) can be sent again at age 4 If you already used it age 3

cant think of anything else for Sweden.
