And each Titan should have its own unique stats and abilities aswell.
Other people, me included, had the same idea before.
Gaia and Kronos already have models in the game, why not use them at least?
The Prometheus model also exists.
That would be very cool too.
Some ideas:
- Zeus: Charged Lightning Bolt attack
- Poseidon: Charged Earthquake attack
- Hades: Summons Shades when killing enemies
- Ra: Inspires all buildings in an area
- Isis: Protects from Godpowers in the area
- Set: Summons animals of Set when fighting
- Odin: Genrates Favour while fighting
- Thor: Charged hammer throw (ranged AoE attack)
- Loki: Buffs nearby Myth units
- Freyr: Increased movement and attack speed close to allied TCs
- Kronos: Deconstructs buildings (faster then normal attacking but returns the resources)
- Gaia: Grows Lush wherever she walks
- Oranos: Acts as a Sky Passage and lets you ungarrison units on it
it would be cool but not necessary.
i think all new civ titans look great even i think the most unique are the atlantean and the norse one. cerberus looks great and the egyptian one is pretty but is and was the most “ordinary”/least creative of them in my opinion.
i also think cerberus needs his “bite” back. and the atlantean needs one other move beside his perfectly executed “right hand punch”. (aswell as maybe a different walk if possible)
this would be by far more important for me regarding the civ titans.
The titans you can summon are supposed to be “lesser titans”. Kronos, Gaia and Prometheus are supposed to be the actual gods, and thus much stronger.
That’s also why I’d support a change in God portaits to have all “Atlantean” gods look like Gaia and Kronos do. It would make them seem distinct from the Greek pantheon, even tho they are canonically related, meaning technically the same pantheon.
I know I’m a minority in that opinion, and I’m fine with that. But I might try out my photoshop skills and some AI art to alter the God portraits and make a mod…
