my elo was 1850+ , suddently the elo have been reset and back to 1600
how this problem can be solved ?
Similar thing happened to me just a little bit ago. I was at 1156 ELO, played a 2v2 and won the game…and now my ELO is 983. This is AOE DE on Steam if that makes a difference.
They were complaining before the steam release and since then the way it work changed. Now you have different elo for different type of game you play. So you can have 1100+ in one and be under 1000 in another one.
Lost ELO yesterday after winning 3v3 Random Map game. This is on Cross Play Client from Microsoft store.
