Empowered Buildings don't change target fast enough

Issue:

Empowered buildings have a significant delay after killing/changing target. Resulting in a non-empowered building doing more DPS sometimes.

Trigger Event:

Empowering a building with a priest/pharaoh and trying to defeat an army.

Repro Steps:

  1. Have 2 Migdols far apart from each other, 1 is empowered by a priest (or a pharaoh), the other is not.
  2. Each Migdol has 10 enemy villagers inside a small box nearby, for the Migdol to kill.
  3. Watch how the empowered Migdol has a weird delay inbetween killing units, roughly 2-3 seconds.
  4. The empowered Migdol will take longer to kill the 10 villagers, than the non empowered migdol.
