Error : C27T-9995R01X000 414D50620135

I am an experienced mod creator (made dozens of maps, tuning packs, game modes for AOE4). Today I am experiencing problems (1) Publishing new mod (Get Error Code C27T-9995R01X000 414D50620135) AND (2) Updating old mods (mods don’t actually update after hitting ‘update mod’ - there’s a message saying mod updated but that’s not true cos nothing was actually updated and the ‘update’ button doesn’t grey out which signals that the update hasn’t actually been published).

This is a common problem, please let your senior developers (those who have been around for 2 years+). They will know what to do when they see this specific error code. This is a recurring problem over the past 2 years and your developers will KNOW what to do to fix it.

Thanks.

I play a lot with friends in private matches… and we sometimes get a synchronization error.

What a pain… why don’t they fix it?

Why don’t they add a LAN mode? Why only internet?

Why do we still have synchronization errors even after so much time?

The problem is made worse after today’s server maintenance. Updating a mod doesn’t do anything (goes from updating to ‘published’ in literally 1 sec, but nothing is really updated/published, the ‘update mod’ button is still active/not grayed out).

Same here, currently with an existing mod when clicking publish/update, it finishes processing in a second and doesn’t publish anything.

With another mod that I try to publish as new, the error C27T-9995R01X000 414D50620135 appears

I’m trying to clean the game cache and logging of the user but the problem persists, checking the logs I don’t see anything relevant this in the local files.

I will try to test the following:

ok so my specific problem turned out to be that my thumbnail was too large! I shrank it to 1600x900 and it published just fine. I knew that 16x9 aspect ratio is necessary for publishing, but I didn’t realise there was some max size limit

The thumbnail photo is not the problem, I tried to put the default image that the mod editor uses and the problem persists.

I’m publishing a new mod right now and till date, this problem is STILL NOT RESOLVED. This is disappointing…

I uninstalled and installed the game completely, cleaned all mods and created a new mod from scratch. My surprise was that I found the same error seems to be something more related to the server.

I tried to debug it but I couldn’t find any logs that explained the error or what that code means.

Yup, I tried all that. Uninstalled + reinstalled both the actual game (like 3 times) and the editor. It’s 100% out of our control, the game developers have to fix things on their end. It doesn’t seem like they’re monitoring this forum, so I’m not sure if they even know about this problem. I’m just hoping more mod creators would raise this issue. I’ll also be seeing if any new mods get published after October 16 (to confirm that we’re not the only ones who are facing this issue).

Now working for me!

I think I found the explanation, with the game in dev mode logs are dumped with more information, I think it is an exclusive problem with the Relic servers and that the user cannot do anything.
