after a very long time of trying i still cant resolve this issue, i tried all articles online
ive tried it without any firewall, its allowed in the firewall, ive tried reinstalling several times, i checked for maintanance.
im at a complete loss here
my specs are:
Ryzen 7 2700 3.7ghz
32gb ddr4 ram 3200 mhz
RTX 2060 OC
Did this issue get resolved? I am getting the same error code and tried the same steps.

Well windows reinstall solved it for me

nothing has been resolved so far.
recently reinstalled windows as well but that did not solve it for me.
no clue whats going on with this error or why this is happening
