After the last update of the game on xbox, I always get this message, I even uninstalled and reinstalled it, but it didn’t help.
Does anyone have a solution?

It is even more strange that the game runs easily in the other account, but I receive this message in my account where the game saves are located.
I have had the same issue. I just got the game and am able to actually play it. I have submitted a support ticket as well.
We are having the same issue.
The game will run on every account BUT the main with the saves.
We have uninstalled and reinstalled, reset the router, and double checked for updates.
I’ve found the fix to this problem, the account that you bought Xbox live on has to be on my home Xbox. And re load the game it worked for me hope this solves your problem.
I’m on Xbox Game Pass for PC. I am still having the same problem. Uninstall and reinstall doesn’t work for me.
The fix for Xbox is what ever account has the Xbox live needs to be my home Xbox, is there a my home Xbox for PC if so make sure the account with Xbox game pass/live is selected for my home Xbox
Humm i only have one account on the pc. So i don’t know if it could be anything else but the home xbox. I’ll see if letting my xbox game pass expire and renewing helps.

First, my setup. I have two XBox Series Xs and we are set up for game sharing so that my son and I can play games on either machine.XBox Series X (I will call “Main”) is connected to my tv and XBox Series X (I will call “Second”) is in my son’s room connected to his tv. My son’s “Second” Xbox is my home xbox and the “Main” XBox is set up as my son’s home XBox. With AOE4 (only game that has this happen), my son receives the error message any time he attempts to play on “Main” XBox.
Second, the error message is lying. This is neither the first launch of the game nor is it the first launch after an update nor is the XBox disconnected from the network The error occurs anyway.
