Error when playing in multiplayer mode

The game freezes after a few minutes of play. Displays the message that Cardinal is not responding and closes.

This is happening in all matches.

I disabled the firewall and antivirus system but the error still persists.

In the log it is possible to validate an SSL error. See below:

TlsConnection::Shutdown: socket 0/5948 SSL shut down failed; A system error occurred. errno=0

If the game crashes it usually is not a antivirus / firewall issue.
What are your PC specs ?
Tried verifying the game files ?
Drivers up to date ?

Checking the forums , some people said simply running the game / steam as admin can help

Thank you for responding. Below are machine configuration details:

BaseBoard: A320M-HD
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3500X 6-Core Processor, 3600 Mhz, 6 Núcleo(s), 6 Processador(es) Lógico(s)
Memory (RAM) : 16,0 GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650

Yes, the drivers are all up to date, I also checked the game files. I tried uninstalling and installing again, and after that it got worse, all the games are freezing.

As for the log files, they present the error that I mentioned at the beginning of the call, several SSL errors in a row before the break.

Are your windows time settings synchronized ?
Do you use a VPN?

Your specs are more than good enough for the game.

Can you maybe send the full logs ?
I’ve made you able to upload files to the forums.

Goodnight,

I activated ADM mode and was able to play a match without any problems. But today it happened again.

To answer your questions, I don’t use a VPN and the time data is synchronized.

Below is the game log

warnings.log.txt (210.0 KB)

Today, after updating the server, the error log brought more details.
