The Ethiopia AI doesn’t seem to be placing monasteries on mines very frequently

  • 50% of the time / matches I play (FREQUENTLY)

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Play against the Ethiopia AI
  2. Allow the AI to age up a couple times
  3. Reveal map
  4. Observe monasteries in strange locations (not one mines)

The AI should place monasteries on mines when practical
