Event Challenges panel does not appear on first boot until entering a game mode

Issue:

The Event Challenges panel is not displayed when clicking the News and Event Challenges icon in the main menu immediately after booting the game. Only the News section is shown. The Event Challenges panel appears only after entering any game mode and then returning to the main menu.

This behavior may confuse players into thinking that no active event challenges are available.

Repro Steps:

  1. Boot the game and click the News and Event Challenges icon on the right side of the main menu.
  2. Observe that only the News section is displayed.
  3. Enter Multiplayer (or any other game mode), then return to the main menu.
  4. Observe that the Event Challenges panel is now displayed correctly.
