Graphical issue with the Mexican home city when revolting from the Spanish. Apparently the army of three guarantees consists entirely of heavy cannons.

It happened once.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:
- Pick the Spanish
- Revolt to Mexico
- Send the Army of Three Guarantees card (or the one that costs three shipments and ships 10 chicanos, 14 soldados, and 2 heavy cannons)
EXPECTED RESULT
What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?
The home city screen should show all the units included in the shipment walking out to be sent, rather than just showing everything as a heavy cannon.
