Issue:

You can select the sky passage foundation and ungarrison units from it, without having to build the sky passage.

Trigger Event:

Repro Steps:

  1. Play as Oranos.
  2. Build the first sky passage until completion.
  3. Garrison a unit inside of it.
  4. Place the foundation of a second sky passage and dont build it.
  5. Select the foundation and press the key to ungarrison the unit.
