My explorer was going to build a trade post at the top of Artic Territories and froze in his tracks instead of going to build. This probably happens about once every four games regardless of map, but I have not seen anybody officially report the bug in a while so I figured I would provide an actual example. I was playing Italy and my opponent was playing China.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:
- Tell the explorer or architect to build a trade post.
- Watch (or don’t realize in time) as your explorer freezes and refuses to build trade post.
EXPECTED RESULT
What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?
The explorer or architect would build the post as told.
